- Wife to my best fried and business partner Ken
- Mother to Brendan (25), Nicole (23) and Nathan (20) the three most incredible children a mother could have, and Mother-in-law to Kayla (24) an amazing wonderful "daughter"
- Born in Mississauga, raised in Oakville from the ages of 8 through 17 and then moved to London Ontario at 18 and stayed here
- Have two younger brothers, both married with families
- Six Nieces and two Nephews
- Grew up with a love for music, walks and reading

- Love the fact the Oprah says the "50's" are the new "30's" although my body doesn't always agree
